This also includes representing your own point of view and goals to authorities, institutions and customers. However, persuasiveness and factual arguments are often not enough to be successful. Active negotiation requires the right strategy and professionalism in conducting discussions for excellent relationship management.
Both can be learned! We invite you to develop your own negotiation tactics on the basis of proven methods and practical exercises, to strengthen them together and to apply them independently and confidently.
