Our range of support includes courses that provide you with the most important methods and tools for a successful start-up. We provide you with start-up knowledge in seminars. You then apply this directly in workshops or business games. You can find our current events in the event calendar of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences Career Service.

Every semester we offer you an overview of the start-up topic in the start-up course - The start-up process, because most founders don't know that they don't know what they don't know.

In the workshop formats Business Idea Development and Business Model Innovations, you can apply the methods directly to your business idea once a semester and develop it further.

Further courses on special start-up topics are held at irregular intervals or depending on the needs of our start-up coaches. These include our business games with which you can simulate business processes, change management processes, process management and project management in a protected learning space and develop initial start-up-relevant skills through targeted reflection.

With the Saxon entrepreneur test, you can quickly gain an overview of the challenges you can expect in the future when implementing your business concept. The test shows in which areas of competence there is a specific need for qualification.

In order to determine your own development goals as a start-up personality, you have the opportunity to apply for a self-assessment to measure your skills via the career portal for skills development.

This service is free of charge for members of the HSZG.

It takes more than a business plan to successfully launch a business idea on the market. The quality of the business plan is very much based on the findings and learning loops from the pre-start-up phase.
