Work-life balance - It is not always easy to reconcile work and family life. With the family-friendly university audit, the HSZG wants to put existing regulations to the test and continuously improve them, as well as create new offers that improve motivation and employee loyalty.

Existing offers
  • Childcare for employees at the Zittau site provided by the "Knirpshausen e.V." childcare facility in the immediate vicinity of the university
  • Flexible and mobile working time models (mobile working, flexitime, part-time)
  • In addition to personal and professional development opportunities through targeted further and advanced training, specific training courses are also available on the subject of reconciling work and family life, such as time and stress management, work-life balance or offers for returning to work after a break (parental leave).
