Course objective
The course provides qualifications that will enable you to independently implement an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 or EMAS in your company
Skills taught
- Requirements for EMS according to ISO 14001:2015 and their practical implementation in the company
- Differences in requirements and procedures for EMAS
- Basic knowledge of auditing in accordance with ISO 19011
- Basic knowledge of certification and validation procedures
- Basic knowledge of environmental law
Prerequisites for participation
Regular participation in the course and successful completion of the examination for the modules
- 289000 Environmental management systems and operational material flow management
- 267050 Obligations to act in environmental, energy, climate and occupational health and safety management or
- 267000 Environmental, energy and climate protection law or
- Proof of adequate knowledge
Target group
Master's students of the degree programs: Integrated Management Systems or students of other degree programs if they have taken part in the above module as an option
