All degree courses end with a final examination. This consists of a final thesis (Bachelor's thesis, diploma thesis or Master's thesis), which must be defended in an oral examination.
Admission to this final examination requires that all coursework and examinations have been completed. Admission is granted by the Examination Office.
Our university lecturers can provide topics and practice partners for the thesis or can be found via an individual search, e.g. in theuniversity's online job exchange Job market. The " WANTED" job fair , which takes place annually in November on the Zittau campus, is also suitable for finding topics for your thesis. Personal contact at a job fair often makes it easier to start the application process.
