Competencies are skills for self-organization, are self-organization dispositions. Self-organization is defined as acting in open problem and decision-making situations, in complex, often chaotic systems.
In addition to knowing "how to do it", mastering challenges also requires a corresponding attitude in order to appear competent. We offer to measure this attitude - personal value pattern or competence level - with the KODE® method. This procedure is not a personality test, but measures the value attitudes in different situations, which can be changed.
