The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences signs a cooperation agreement with AOK Plus.
In November last year, Rector Alexander Kratzsch and AOK Plus signed a cooperation agreement. The rector welcomed the head of the Görlitz regional center, Linda Zölfel, and business customer advisor Mario Hanke to the Z I building on the Zittau campus. Whether it was the shortage of doctors in the region or the challenges of structural change, it quickly became clear during a joint discussion that there are many topics that concern both the university and the health insurance company. They also discussed the possibility of working together on the Health and Environment Days (GuT), which the HSZG organizes every year.
At the joint meeting, the Rector expressed his special thanks to Ms. Zölfel and Mr. Hanke. AOK Plus awarded a Germany Scholarship to an HSZG student for the first time in 2023. The AOK Plus representatives were more than satisfied with the choice of their scholarship holder.
After discussing possible areas of cooperation, Rector Kratzsch invited his guests to the "Business meets Science" event organized jointly with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which will take place on the Zittau campus on 11 January 2024 and offers a very good platform for regional companies every year.
