From the dangers from the socket to the glow of the light bulb - children encounter energy in many different forms every day. "Volle Power!" gives children a playful and vivid awareness of the changes in our energy use and the careful use of natural resources. What is renewable energy? How do energy-saving light bulbs differ from conventional light bulbs? And how does energy actually get into our bodies? "Full Power" - The knowledge show for the energy world of tomorrow!
The knowledge shows make science and technology fun in a constructive way and encourage the desire and curiosity to find out more about our world.
The knowledge shows are supplemented and rounded off by extensive teaching material for preparation and follow-up work in the classroom. Worksheets and background information can be found as well as small, simple topic-related experiments to join in and try out for yourself. This turns the knowledge show into a lasting experience that enriches science lessons in a variety of ways.
Target group: 1st-4th grade, duration: 45 minutes
Rainer Grünebaum, Physikanten
Rainer Grünebaum has been part of the Physikanten from the very beginning and has presented experiments to many thousands of people over the past 17 years. The shows for children are particularly close to his heart: "The earlier you start to get children interested in science, the better." Explaining to children at eye level how something works: This is what characterizes Rainer Grünebaum's performances. Before joining the Physikanten, Rainer Grünebaum trained as a technician and also acted in a children's theater. He now combines both passions in the Physikanten's primary school shows.
