The F wie Kraft project has been researching and activating women in Lusatia for four years now. On behalf of the Zukunftswerkstatt Lausitz, the project is currently addressing women throughout Lusatia as actors in structural change. As a contribution to the development of the "Lusatia 2050 Development Strategy", a report on the situation of women in structural change has been compiled and initial recommendations for action have been made.

The speakers B. A. Marie Melzer and M. A. Pauline Voigt have been working at the TRAWOS Institute since November 2019 and are involved in the project "F wie Kraft - Frauen als Wirtschaftsfaktor für die Lausitz".
