The second part of the "Religion and Society" series takes you back to the time of the Reformation, which began in 1517 with Martin Luther's theses. The lecture focuses on the theological content, its practical consequences and the differences to other Christian denominations. Various Protestant beliefs, practices and questions are illustrated and discussed.

Basic religious education plays an important role in the successful integration of migrants and refugees. It forms the basis for tolerance, mutual understanding and good coexistence. The series is aimed at interested parties, those involved in intercultural or interreligious work and migrants. The events consist of keynote speeches, encounters, discussions with the speakers and experience-oriented components. You will acquire a basic knowledge of different cultures, denominations, religions and world views and gain authentic insights into different ways of life. In this way, you will learn about the differences and similarities between secular and religious values and be able to relate them to each other.
