"Old school, new school, your school?" - Joint democracy conference in Görlitz

The Partnership for Democracy of the city of Görlitz is once again organizing a democracy conference in cooperation with the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. This year's theme is "Old school, new school, your school?"- Democracy education in schools and for children and young people. Based on the question "How democratic are our schools?", we would like to discuss the situation in Görlitz, conditions for success and support options.

In view of the known radicalization, polarization and conflicts, this topic is highly relevant for our society in general and also for political life in our city. These topics also directly affect our students in the Faculty of Management and Cultural Studies and the Master's degree program in Management of Social Change. We therefore very much hope that you will be interested and participate in our event. In addition, this event is aimed at all interested parties.
