Impulse workshop on business model innovations

Develop your business model further and learn how to future-proof your company through AI integration and innovative business model patterns.

This workshop is aimed at manufacturing companies and start-ups that want to tap into the potential of AI assistants for their business models. You will learn how to use the Business Model Canvas to structure your current business model and develop innovative approaches for integrating AI. In doing so, we draw on proven business model patterns and support you in designing your business processes in a future-oriented way. Another focus of the workshop is the presentation of your innovative model in the form of an elevator pitch to convince future partnersor investors.

 

The aims of the workshop are

  1. Development of a clear business model: using the Business Model Canvas, you will develop a structured and viable business model for your company or business idea.

  2. Integration of AI assistants: They will be shown how AI assistants can be integrated into existing business models in order to optimize processes and promote innovation.

  3. Business model innovation: By applying the 55 most successful business model patterns, you will learn how to further develop your existing model and align it with future challenges.

  4. Precise communication of the business idea: You will develop a convincing elevator pitch toinspire potential partnersand investors with your innovative business model.

  5. Reflection and feedback: At the end of the workshop, participants receivevaluable feedback from experienced mentorson the further development of their business model and pitches.

 

 

Workshop structure:

Welcome and introduction

Introduction to the objectives of the workshop and presentation of the "Business Model Canvas" method as a tool for developing and structuring business models

Step 1: Development of the current business model

They create their current business model or develop a business model from their business idea, based on the Business Model Canvas.

Break
Input: Business model innovation and AI integration

Presentation of innovative approaches for the further development of the business model, with a particular focus on the integration of AI assistants.

Step 2: Development of a business model innovation with AI integration

They use the 60 most successful business model patterns to further develop their existing model and optimize AI integration.

Input: Elevator pitch - getting to the heart of your business model

How do I present my innovative business model and the advantages of AI integration convincingly in a short pitch? Introduction to the structure and techniques of the elevator pitch.

Step 3: Developing your own elevator pitch

They develop their individual elevator pitch to present their innovative business model concisely and convincingly.

Reflection and feedback

Presentation of the elevator pitches to the group. Joint reflection and valuable feedback for further optimization.

Target group: Female entrepreneurs as well as entrepreneurs and managers of manufacturing companies who want to implement AI assistants and innovate their business model.
