Brands, business names and company logos are essential elements for making companies visible in the market. The effect of trademarks goes beyond the pure marketing function.
The seminar will clarify how trademarks can be protected, which trademark forms are possible and what protection trademarks offer, especially in the start-up sector.
Furthermore, the seminar will deal with design rights and their object of protection. Practical examples will be presented to illustrate the protection of one's own products against plagiarism.
