[CANCELLED!] Film evening with panel discussion

The ARD theme week "Stadt.Land.Wandel" will take place from November 7 to 13, 2021. During this week, MDR WISSEN, the science editorial department of MDR, will publish five films in the ARD media library (each approx. 15 to 20 minutes long) that deal with the topic of "rural areas" in Central Germany from different perspectives and with different challenges.

The topics will include mobility in rural areas, rural supplies and village stores, agriculture and energy production/power generation.

A film will also be dedicated to the role of women in rural areas. The Görlitz region, with its active and committed women, was a key location for this film!

In order to show you the results of this filming, to thank all those involved and to get into conversation with you and interested residents, we would like to invite you, together with the F wie Kraft network, to a

In addition to the film mentioned above, we will also be showing two other films, which we will then discuss with a panel of prominent figures (and with you). Among others, the Saxon State Minister for Social Affairs and Social Cohesion, Petra Köpping, has confirmed her attendance, as has Dr. Julia Gabler from the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, who is involved in the film as an expert and initiator of the F wie Kraft network.
