The environment of a company or organization is changing increasingly dynamically,
which entails enormous change processes. These need to be accompanied professionally in order to exploit opportunities and avert risks.
Examples of change processes include the introduction of a software system, the implementation of a new management system or a generational change in company management.
Company succession offers prospective founders the chance to launch a functioning business on the market.
You will learn the important basic ideas, concepts and procedures in the context of change management. You will recognize influencing factors that are useful for the successful implementation of change management strategies. You will be able to apply concrete action concepts in a practical business game.
