Workshop on business management basics for founders (online)

Preparing for a successful start-up also requires an understanding of business management and the right tools. With the SysTeamsBusiness simulation game, we want to playfully tackle business management issues in the start-up phase.

Begin 20. November 2020 - 14:00 Uhr
End 21. November 2020 - 18:00 Uhr

Please note: Due to the current situation regarding the corona pandemic, this workshop will take place online. - Registration deadline is therefore 19.11.2020.

The content of the event will be adapted to the changed format.

In this event, basic business management knowledge will be imparted, which is relevant for every business start-up, but also for taking on management tasks in small and medium-sized companies. The workshop is geared towards the issues that can become relevant when financing a business idea. An understanding of business management terminology is the basis for business planning and is also an important foundation for discussions with banks, savings banks and other financial institutions, for example.

The main contents of the course are the basics of strategic planning, production planning, sales planning, costing, cost accounting, profit and loss account, balance sheet, key figures and liquidity planning.

This course is also suitable for students and interested parties from all disciplines who have little or no knowledge of business administration.
