How can teaching content in technical degree programs be conveyed better and more attractively using interactive tools? How can I get students excited about new software solutions and VR/AR? Can I learn how to operate the virtual injection molding machine in my VR environment just as well as on a real machine?

The position includes the following profile in particular:

• Development and testing of digital teaching methods in higher education for the field of plastics technology/lightweight construction,
• Testing and introducing new, digital training concepts in HZSG courses (lectures, practical courses, seminars, workshops),
• Preparation of teaching content at the HSZG with the help of interactive tools, e.g. VR/AR,
• Attendance at subject-related events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.) to expand knowledge and publicize the new teaching concept,
• Permanent coordination and close collaboration with the cooperation partners.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• Academic degree in a technical, scientific or social science subject area,
• Experience in organizing courses, seminars, workshops or comparable events,
• Good written and spoken English.

The following are also desirable

• Experience in working with digital media,
• Skills in graphic design,
• Knowledge and experience in project management.
