"The little bit of transfer isn't a problem, says my boss. The little bit of transfer can't be that bad, says my boss."
Based loosely on the hit song by Johanna von Koczian, this afternoon we will be asking how things are going with the transfer of knowledge, this important and yet so difficult to grasp and measure commodity. There will be room for the everyday challenges faced by people involved in research, communication or the implementation of innovations in their companies' processes. After the welcome address by the Vice-Rector for Research, Prof. Raj Kollmorgen, there will also be an opening lecture by Bill Pottharst, who will address nothing less than the question of the "knowledge transfer of the future".
Afterwards we will have the pleasure of
Leonie Liemich (Life and Technology project)
Matthias Weber (Head of the Dreiländereck Adult Education Center)
Prof. Jens Weber (Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences)
Bill Pottharst (Saxony5 project member and AAL lab manager)
Katja Müller (member of the Competence Center for Public Economy, Infrastructure and Services of General Interest e.V.)
for a panel discussion, which will be opened up after approx. 30 minutes so that all participants in the events can report on their experiences and ideas.
Anyone who still needs to talk will then be able to continue the discussion over a small snack in the auditorium.
The event from the lecture hall will be streamed for all those who cannot attend in person:
