Together with our partners from ScaDS.AI in Leipzig, the GAT Institute 's AAL Lab is organizing a theme day on the use of artificial intelligence and assistance technologies in houses and apartments in old age.
The theme day "Self-determined life in old age through artificial intelligence and assistance systems in the home" will take place on July 1, 2024 in Görlitz and on July 2, 2024 in Zittau and is aimed at senior citizens, their family members and friends, as well as representatives from the field of elderly care and nursing. It offers interesting presentations and practical insights into the possible uses of technical aids and artificial intelligence for a self-determined life in one's own apartment or house.
How will we live in old age? What aids are available to enable us to stay in our own home for a long time despite possible physical or mental limitations? And where is there a need for technical development?
The AAL Lab in Görlitz is addressing these and other exciting questions and, together with ScaDS.AI from Leipzig, is inviting you to a themed day in Görlitz and Zittau.
Let us take you into the digital world over coffee and cake and discuss with us the opportunities and limitations of digital assistance systems in old age.
