Prof. Dr. phil. Mandy Schulze new member of the program advisory board of the foundation "One Square Kilometer of Education"
On April 18, 2024, the inaugural meeting of the newly established km2 Education Program Advisory Board took place at the Pedagogical Workshop on the Rütli Campus in Berlin-Neukölln. The experts in program-related topics will accompany the further development of the program in the future as benevolently critical and constructive initiators, as well as ambassadors for the idea and concerns of One Square Kilometer of Education. TRAWOS co-director Prof. Dr. phil. Mandy Schulze will be one of them in the future.
... this is what the One Square Kilometer of Education Foundation (km2 Education) stands for. The foundation builds educational networks in neighborhoods or communities affected by poverty and thus promotes local communities of responsibility for good education. All children and young people have the right to fair educational opportunities, regardless of their social background. Together with the educational institutions in the network, lively educational partnerships are created that focus in particular on transitions in the education system. One square kilometer of education shapes education along the education chain from entry into nursery school to graduation.
