International orientation - your experience abroad

A key focus of the degree program is on your international experience:

  • Start in two countries
The 1st semester takes place in both Zittau (Germany) and Liberec (Czech Republic). The 2nd semester continues in Liberec. This allows you to get to know different teaching methods and gain your first international experience.

  • Experience a semester abroad
In the 3rd semester, you will study at a renowned partner university in Europe - be it in Spain, Latvia, Greece, Poland, Austria or another exciting country of your choice, depending on your preferred areas of interest and specialization. You can improve your language skills and expand your intercultural competencies.
Particularly exciting: In the 4th semester, a one-week stay at a European partner university is also integrated - an excellent opportunity to gain international experience and establish new networks.

  • Gain practical experience
In the 5th semester, the internship offers you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice. This experience strengthens your skills and prepares you optimally for your professional future. If you wish, you can do this abroad.

  • Academic work
The 6th semester is dedicated to the Bachelor's thesis, in which you can work on a topic of your choice, also in conjunction with a company.
