International cooperation for resilient semiconductor production
The semiconductor industry plays a central role in the modern economy and is crucial for innovation in numerous sectors. The Economic Conference 2025 is dedicated to international networking and the exchange of knowledge between universities, companies and political players. The focus will be on the following topics in particular:

  • Strengthening Upper Lusatia as a business location by integrating regional companies and opening up new markets
  • Development of skilled workers: Presentation of new courses of study in the semiconductor industry at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the TU Liberec
  • Promoting cooperation: Exchange between companies, research institutions and political players to ensure sustainable and resilient semiconductor production
