Full of anticipation, we would like to announce the 2nd StrukturWANDEL conference "Struktur, wir wandeln dich Part II - Geschlechtergerechtigkeit in Transformationsprozessen".
The conference is for all people who want to change and further change the structure in Lusatia. It will deal with the challenges and needs of gender equality in structural change and the developments since the 1st Structural Change Conference of Gender Equality Officers 2022(link to report).
The conference closes the gap between knowledge about the unequal consequences of structural change processes and the possibilities for corrective action.
The conference is a joint project of the Alliance of Municipal Gender Equality Officers and the following partners
