Eastsidebrew

Eastsidebrew is an independent microbrewery that was founded in Mittelherwigsdorf in 2020. The focus is on beer culture and a variety of hand-brewed beers of great quality. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and not necessarily strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law.
Instead, care is taken to ensure that no extracts, artificial colorings, additives or even chemical filters are used. Natural goes further - which is why we brew according to the naturalness principle.

With Amphibian Architecture, Tom Hohlfeld and Ralf Habel developed one of the first nature conservation start-ups that creates regional interfaces between regional companies, regional nature conservation and regional educational institutions.
Work in the field, sustainable documentation, living products and more are combined in the sustainable start-up, which also embodies the synergies of old and young, innovative and experienced transdisciplinary with its two founders.
