W2-Professorship " Business Administration, in particular Human Resource Management, Corporate Management and Organizational Development (m/f/d) - Reference number: WB-111

The future holder of the position has the appointment area " Business Administration, in particular Human Resource Management, Corporate Management and Organizational Development " with the main focus on the following subjects:

• General business administration,
• Human resources management including diversity management, digitalization in human resources and international human resources management,
• Management of corporate development; corporate governance,
• organizational development

in lectures, seminars, exercises, internships and projects as well as in continuing education in German and English. The range of courses is to be represented in terms of content and didactic quality, taking into account current practice and educational content on responsible, sustainable action towards fellow human beings, society and the environment, and to be secured throughout the university and within the framework of cooperative study programs, e.g. with the TU Dresden/IHI Zittau, the TU Liberec and possibly other institutions.

Appointment requirements

• A completed academic university degree in the field of economics,
• a proven pedagogical aptitude in teaching or training,
• special aptitude for academic work, which is usually demonstrated by the quality of a doctorate,
• special achievements in the application or development of scientific knowledge and methods in a professional practice in the field of economics, usually lasting five years, whereby at least three years must have been spent outside the university sector.

• the ability and willingness to teach in English,
• the continuous commitment to carry out independent research and development tasks in the field of appointment in addition to your teaching duties,

• active participation in knowledge and technology transfer projects.
