The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, is seeking to fill a professorship (W2)
in the field of
Methods of empirical social research
Reference number: 48-2024 - SW-063V (m/f/d)
to fill a part-time (0.5 FTE) fixed-term position as of 01.09.2024 for the duration of the replacement, but no longer than until 31.08.2026
The position includes the representation of the professorship in the above-mentioned field of appointment in teaching and research, in particular with the following focal points:
The area of appointment is to be represented in lectures, seminars, exercises, internships and projects as well as in continuing education, particularly in the degree programs of the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Management and Cultural Studies.
The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences attaches particular importance to the quality of teaching. Teaching experience and ideas on teaching must be presented. If required, courses should also be able to be held in English. Furthermore, the ability and willingness to participate in integrative, practice-oriented and internship-related courses is required.
