The 11th DGWF research workshop in cooperation with TRAWOS took place on March 21 and 22 in Görlitz with renowned researchers.
On March 22 and 23, 2024, the 11th Research Workshop of the Research Working Group of the German Association for Continuing Education and Distance Learning took place in cooperation with the TRAWOS Research Institute under the title "Structural Change and Continuing Education".
Among others, Prof. Dr. Olaf Dörner (Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg), Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jütte and Dr. Claudie Lobe (University of Bielefeld), Prof. Dr. Maria Kondratjuk (TU Dresden) as well as Prof. Dr. Eva Cendon (Distance Learning University Hagen) and employees of BTU Cottbus and TRAWOS were present.
In addition to a presentation by Prof. Dr. Mandy Schulze on the topic and a subsequent discussion on needs, expectations and participation as well as the role of universities, three current doctoral projects in academic continuing education were presented and jointly developed in working groups on the second day.
