The Health and Environment Days (GUt) are part of MACH MIT environmental management and university sports. They are supported by the university, the towns of Zittau and Görlitz, regional companies, associations and initiatives. The GUt contribute to our health and an intact environment.
Negative environmental influences have an impact on mental and physical well-being. Stress, an unbalanced diet, physical and mental strain are all part of this. We counter this with joint activities that are fun, reduce stress, can be easily integrated into everyday life and have a positive effect on physical and mental well-being.
We wish everyone eventful and stimulating days.
