Data processing is carried out on the basis of the HSZG evaluation regulations in conjunction with
§ 15 Para. 1 No. 4 SächsHSG, § 15 Para. 2 SächsHSG and § 9 Para. 6 SächsHSG.
The evaluation results are made available in accordance with § 6 and § 8 para. 1 of the Evaluation Regulations, depending on the subject of the evaluation and in a differentiated form, to the students, the evaluated lecturer, the evaluated module supervisor, the responsible study commission, the student council of the relevant faculty, the responsible faculty management, the Rectorate and the Office of University Development and Communication/Quality Management. Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
The duration of data storage is governed by Section 8 (6) of the Evaluation Regulations.
Due to the anonymous nature of the evaluation, it is not possible to identify the individual questionnaire. The aggregated evaluation results can be accessed.
Participation in the evaluation of studies and teaching is mandatory for members and affiliates of the university in accordance with Section 15 (2) SächsHSG.
In the processing activity "Evaluation of studies and teaching", no automated decision-making or profiling is carried out in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR.
