1. Organizer, participation
(1) The competition for free tickets to the picnic cinema in the trade fair & event park in Löbau is organized by the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.
(2) The closing date for entries is July 30, 2021, 3:00 pm. The winners will be announced in August 2021. Legal recourse is excluded.
(3) The prerequisite for participation in the competition is linking hszg.de on a private digital image file on the HSZG's social media channels: Instagram and Facebook. By linking to the private image, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation and the data protection conditions (see point 6 of the conditions of participation). Furthermore, this constitutes permission for the HSZG to post the private image on its own social media channels.
2 Participants and excluded persons
(1) Natural persons are eligible to participate.
(2) Excluded from the competition are employees of the Public Relations Department of the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz.
3. prizes
(1) 2 free tickets for the picnic cinema in the exhibition & event park in Löbau in the 2021 event year will be awarded among the entries. Cash payment of the non-cash prizes is excluded.
(2) The persons drawn will be notified by the University Development and Communication Department via the social networks (Instagram and Facebook) and are expected to be published by name on the website hszg.de, facebook.de/hszg.de and instagram.com/hszg.de. Participants expressly agree to the publication of their names. The winners will be notified after the draw.
(3) If the person designated to win does not collect the free tickets from the public relations office in Zittau (building Z I, office 1.65) or in Görlitz in building G II, room 2.52 within a period of five days after the notification of the prize has been sent, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
4 Rights of use, release from liability by the participant
(1) Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences reserves the right to publish submitted images on the university's website and on Instagram and Facebook. Participants grant Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences the right to use the submitted images. There is no entitlement to publication.
(2) The participating persons guarantee that the photos were taken by them and that they are the sole rights holders of the submitted photos and may be used by the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences without restriction, that the image is free of third-party rights and that no personal rights are violated in the depiction of persons. In the case of persons, works, signs or other objects depicted, the participating person has obtained the necessary consent for the publication of the persons depicted. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims for infringement of their rights, the participant shall indemnify the organizer against all claims.
6. data protection
(1) By participating, the participant consents to the collection and processing of data required for the implementation of the competition. Until the end of the competition, all participating persons are free to withdraw from participation by sending a revocation to marketing(at)hszg.de . In this case, the data of the person concerned, including the transmitted image files, will be deleted immediately after receipt of the revocation.
(2) Participants agree to the use and storage of their data solely for the purposes of this competition. After the end of the competition, the personal data and image files will be deleted.
