In the foundation course, you will acquire knowledge of business administration and economics, real estate law and construction technology. The spectrum of specialist studies includes topics such as housing and real estate financing, technical building equipment, real estate valuation, timber, steel, concrete and masonry construction, construction operations, facility management or monument preservation, as well as the use of geographical information systems.
