Last Saturday, twelve teams battled it out for the first time.
The 1st Lusatian cutter rowing event took place on Lake Berzdorf on 18.06.2022.
After a short birthday serenade for Stepan Meyer, the patron of the event, it was time to take to the oars. 12 teams competed in exciting races on the lake and raced against the clock. In the end, the HSZG team, which consisted of students and staff, was able to row to a fantastic 3rd place.
We are now looking forward to next year - anyone who wants to can take part!
