Prof. Dr. Raj Kollmorgen talks about the initial results of the TRAWOS research project "Elitenmonitor".
On September 20, 2023, Prof. Dr. Raj Kollmorgen was invited to the Federal Chancellery to present the results of the TRAWOS research project"Elitenmonitor" to Minister of State and Commissioner for Eastern Germany Carsten Schneider and other political representatives.
The results show that the proportion of East Germans in top positions in some sectors has increased compared to 2018. However, further research is still needed to confirm an actual trend.

The issue of underrepresentation has been placed on the political agenda by the federal government. In doing so, it is actively striving for appropriate representation of East Germans in various political and civil society areas.
