"F wie Kraft" has been running in Upper Lusatia since 2016. After several project phases - researching retention opportunities and formulating findings, developing and applying formats - the third phase came to an end in February 2019 as part of the skilled workers alliance of the district of Görlitz with a project workshop "F for Future" and a breakfast with project partners, which also set the course for the preparation of a new project phase and thus the continuation of the "F wie Kraft" platform as a networking platform for as many different women as possible from politics, regional development, administration and the socio-cultural sector.
