The aim of the Projects4GreenEnergy connected online event was to make Saxon players in the energy sector even more visible internationally.
Two weeks ago, the Saxon Energy Agency - SAENA GmbH and the Europe Enterprise Network Saxony hosted the Projects4GreenEnergy:Connected online event. The aim was to bring together companies & research institutions as potential cooperation partners and thus pave the way for a joint project application within the framework of Horizon Europe. Presentations by the National Contact Point KEM and the Central EU Service Facility Saxony provided participants with comprehensive information on EU calls for proposals, funding & cooperation opportunities.
Cluster and network representatives, including RKW Sachsen (Cleantech Initiative Ostdeutschland) and Energy Saxony e.V., were also present and provided information about their activities and networking opportunities.
In addition to other international presentations, Saxon companies & research institutions also presented their cooperation offers/applications in the fields of energy & Green Tech - with a focus on Cluster 5 "Climate, Energy and Mobility" under Horizon Europe. At the same time, the participants were able to deepen their partner searches in parallel 1:1 meetings.
The summary of the organization team? Two weeks later, we can say Projects4GreenEnergy connected, because the first partnerships between the participants are already emerging!
