For the 15th time, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, the Allgemeine Unternehmerverband Zittau und Um-gebung e.V., the Dresden Chamber of Crafts and the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce are inviting guests to the "Business meets Science" evening event at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.
The Federal Skilled Immigration Act facilitates the immigration of international skilled workers in order to meet long-term demand in areas such as healthcare, STEM professions and skilled trades. The Free State of Saxony has a plan of action to attract international skilled workers. Universities in Saxony train these skilled workers to serve the Saxon labor market.
These developments open up new recruitment prospects and economic opportunities for SMEs. At the same time, they face the challenge of acquiring expertise and practical tools for the successful recruitment, integration and shaping of the social environment of international colleagues.
