The more complex and dynamic the requirements in the world of work, the market and politics become, the more uncertain all predictions are. The challenge arises of having to make more and more decisions within fast-moving, uncertain circumstances. Our own actions as well as those of groups, teams and organizations must meet the requirements of a special skill: the ability to organize oneself.
Competencies form the complex, sometimes hidden, potentials - and form the skills and capabilities. They encompass not only complex experiences, knowledge and skills, but also the values and ideals of a person or group. Those who can recognize, expand and combine them with others have the future on their side.
The event enables you to carry out individual competence diagnostics using the KODE® method. If you are interested, are at least in your third semester or are studying for a Master's degree, please contact us by 27 May 2020.
