Initial sustainability check

Sustainability is discussed at countless conferences, the concept is applauded and change is longed for. Thousands of companies are writing sustainability reports. But basically nothing or not much changes.

This course is for everyone who is committed to positive change processes for a fairer and more ecological world. The course is intended for "tooligans" who would like to learn about instruments for strategy development, evaluation and moderation.

In the live version, we would have built a sustainability pyramid together and learned about an interesting workshop method.

In the online version of the training, on the other hand, we will look at sustainability challenges in various sectors and get to know assessment tools for "true business sustainability". We will then look at business model assessment methods together and take a look at the major topic of the circular economy.
