With the revision of ISO 9001, the topic of "knowledge" has found its way into the standard and into corporate practice. In the form of an exchange of experiences, we will discuss with you how you deal with the topic, what practice, results and challenges exist and how networking can provide assistance and increase knowledge. We would also like to welcome our partner, the DGQ (German Society for Quality).
