From the business idea to the business model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept.
What value proposition do I give to which target group? What do I do myself? What do I buy? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point in financial planning. In the first part of this course, you will learn about aspects of business model development based on your business idea and the "Business Model Canvas" method. Among other things, the value creation processes of a business idea are analyzed, revenue mechanics are developed and a resource analysis is carried out.
