Workshop on business model innovations and storytelling

From a business idea to a business model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept.

What value proposition do I offer to which target audience? What do I do myself? What do I outsource? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In the first part of this course, you’ll learn about aspects of business model development using your own business idea and the “Business Model Canvas” method. Among other things, you’ll analyze the value creation processes of a business idea, develop revenue mechanisms, and conduct a resource analysis.

Successful business model innovation challenges the logic of the industry. To attract partners and investors, these innovations must be clearly articulated.

In the second part of the workshop, you’ll further develop your business model and innovate it using the 55 most successful business model patterns. Finally, you’ll pitch and reflect on your business model creation with experienced mentors, because “Something is innovative when the market cheers!”
