Opening of the AAL Lab

Over the past few months, the HSZG's Institute of Health, Ageing, Technology (GAT) has been working intensively on setting up the AAL laboratory in a senior living facility in the Frauenburgkarree in Görlitz. Now it is time for the opening.

The Institute for Health, Ageing, and Technology (GAT) at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences invites you to:

Tour of the new AAL lab at a senior-friendly housing complex in the Frauenburgkarree in Görlitz

Following initial site visits, press articles, and projects, we have made significant progress in translating research findings into practical applications aimed at improving the quality of life for older adults through assistive technology systems. Therefore, the time has come for us to officially open our laboratory together with our partner, KommWohnen.
