Library presents new Saxon-Czech study room

Seminar "Media and added value in the Saxon-Czech library network - studying, teaching and research in the learning space without borders" as part of the HSB project "Learning space - library information platform".

The seminar will provide a concrete insight into the learning space created in the project and its added value for studying, teaching and research.

In a web conference with the scientific partner libraries in Plzen, Liberec and Chemnitz, among other things, the following will be presented

  • how to access thousands of new e-books from the renowned publisher Taylor & Francis,

  • how to access specialist books from the Czech partner libraries free of charge,

  • what special offers the partner libraries have and

  • what great opportunities the new modern media technology at the HSB offers for local group work and cross-border virtual collaboration and research (with live demonstration).
