Citizens meet science - For a beer with the researcher

Have you always wanted to know what the scientists at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences are up to?

Look over their shoulders, ask questions in conversation, follow up and find out what difficulties and opportunities there are? What their research brings to our region?

This year, for the first time, we are offering the opportunity to do this in a very small group of participants, directly in the research laboratory. Over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, you will get to know the largest research facility in Upper Lusatia in a vivid and practical way.

In small groups of max. 10 people, you will be able to talk directly to each other, so it is worth booking quickly.

• Machines and research into the use of individual fibers from natural materials (e.g. wood) to improve technical materials
• Complete production cycle of a natural fiber composite material (production, processing, recycling)
• Energy and production technology networking
