You will learn to understand the needs of staff. Only satisfied employees will stay with the company in the long term and do a good job. For the Sustainable Business Administration course, you need a general higher education entrance qualification, the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or an equivalent qualification.
Applicants with a qualification as a technician, business economist, master craftsman or similar. A certificate of advanced vocational training according to §18(3) of the SächsHSFG must take part in a counseling interview for general university admission.
