30 days of a challenge! Take part in the HSZG Burpee Challenge and declare war on the sport-free November. Become part of the community and let's train together every day. With a bit of luck, you could also win one of three hoodies from our HSZG campus store. You are not alone with the challenge, because we will provide you with daily reminders, tips and posts on the subject of sport and health. There will also be a few highlights for our hard-working participants during the Burpee journey. Let's go, together we'll crack the 100 burpees.
What are burpees?
A burpee is a great full-body exercise. It consists of a squat, push-ups and a stretch jump combined into one fluid movement.
How do I do burpees correctly?
You start the burpee in a hip-width stance. Then bend forward, bring your hands to the floor and your feet back. Then get into a low push-up position and push yourself up again. Then jump forward and land on both feet, followed immediately by a stretch jump with your hands together over your head.
