Caretaker (m/f/d) - Keyword: Gebäudeservice Görlitz -

The position essentially involves the following areas of responsibility:

• Checking and monitoring the electrical, plumbing, heating and elevator systems in HSZG properties,
• Carrying out maintenance measures, renovation work and minor repairs,
• Monitoring fire protection, order, safety and cleanliness,
• Carrying out internal technical services for the faculties, administration and central facilities of the HSZG, in particular
  • Organization and control of waste disposal,
  • transportation activities,
  • Inspection of lecture halls and seminar rooms,
• Cleaning and maintenance of entrances and outdoor facilities in the entrance area of the buildings, including winter services and
• Management of the central warehouse at the Zittau site as a deputy.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• Completed vocational training in the skilled trades,
• Class B driving license.

The following are also desirable

• Relevant professional experience,
• Experience in dealing with the organizational structure of public institutions.

• Willingness to participate in the technical on-call service and to work at the Zittau office if necessary,
