Bernadette Rohlf in the university magazine "EINBLICK" about women in the world of research
The last issue of the university magazine "EINBLICK" was dedicated to the remarkable contributions and achievements of women between self-realization, profession and vocation, in our university and beyond, under the title "Traumumberuf Professorin?".
Among the numerous exciting articles is one on the TRAWOS project GAP - Gender Proportion in ESF Projects University and Research. Research assistant Bernadette Rohlf provides some interesting insights into the current state of research.
For two years, the junior research group "Gender Proportion in ESF Projects University and Research", led by Dr. Jana Pieper from the Faculty of Education at TU Dresden, researched the reasons why women are underrepresented in the world of research. The results were presented to the Saxon Ministry of Science and Culture at the end of 2022 in a final report with 54 recommendations for action. Bernadette Rohlf tells us more about the working group and its findings in the "EINBLICK" interview.
