The "Bündnis Gleichstellung Lausitz!" ("Lusatia Equality Alliance!") hosted the 2nd StrukturWANDEL conference, which focused on the overall social goal of gender-equitable structural change in Lusatia. Impressions and highlights of this forward-looking event are now available online in the aftermovie.

The conference served as a platform for the exchange and networking of various stakeholders and strengthened their visibility in the process of structural change. Accompanied by the TRAWOS Institute of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, equality measures were developed and concrete steps for implementation were worked out. Valuable support was also mobilized at state, federal and EU level.
