The new podcast "live@hszg" from Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences starts with the six-part audio production "Hoffnung und M/Wut".
Podcasts are in everyone's ears. The diverse, exciting topics that our university deals with on a daily basis in research, teaching and in the region belong right there. The new podcast live@hszg aims to make a contribution to this: to show audibly what is going on at Germany's easternmost university.
The six-part audio production by the Transformation, Housing and Social Spatial Development Research Institute (TRAWOS) entitled "Hoffnung und M/Wut" (Hope and anger) kicks things off.
What is young women's understanding of social participation? How do they want to participate in structural change? Jan Schilling, radio broadcaster and journalist, talks to women in Lusatia about how they can shape and implement their ideas: politically, entrepreneurially and culturally. What does the region need and what does it offer to attract women as creators? Finally, Jan Schilling and project manager Julia Gabler reflect on the contributions and discuss whether women want a special or different form of social participation in Lusatia.
