The HSZG collects data as part of the research project "Regionaler Verbleib internationaler Hochschulabsolventinnen und -absolventen: Individual, Institutional and Regional Factors" (RegIA) to investigate the future plans of international students in Germany.
The data is passed on anonymously to the specialist community.
The processing of personal data from group discussions is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of informed consent. If special categories of personal data are processed in accordance with Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR, this is done on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR.
The comments made by the participants in the group discussions constitute personal data that are processed by the HSCG as part of the research project. The following categories of personal data are processed for the aforementioned purposes.
The HSCG discloses the data to the following recipients exclusively for the purposes of this processing activity:
The data will only be passed on to the specialist community in anonymized form. The HSZG does not directly transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
Without prejudice to your right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the data will be stored for the duration of the fulfillment of its collection purposes until the end of the RegIA research project.

The provision of personal data is not required by law in accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 lit. e GDPR.
